Phase one trade deal likely beginning for China, US explore anew constructive bilateral relations – Global Times
Global Times Editor-in-Chief Hu Xijin expresses his take on the strong Chinese December Trade Balance data released earlier this Tuesday, in light of Wednesday’s US-China phase one trade deal signing.
Hu tweeted out: “Such a world's second-largest economy deserves the respect of the US, the world's largest economy. China cannot be crushed. It can be a suitable partner. It is hoped the phase one trade deal is the beginning for China and the US to explore anew constructive bilateral relations.”
